Susan speaks nationally on the topics of coaching, careers, and calling, including presentations for the Christian Coaches Network conferences, Association of Marriage & Family Ministries conference, as well as church retreats. She is the founder and president of Career Coach Academy and Leadership Coach Academy, which offers Christian tracks for its professional coach training programs. She is also principal of California-based Whitcomb Career Strategy and past president of Kennedy's Career Masters Institute.
